Digital Products, Sessions & Intellectual Property Policy

Due to the digital nature of Spiritual Healing International Spa® products, services, sessions, assessments, educational materials, methodologies, and proprietary resources, all sales are final.

Digital products, downloads, guides, assessments, educational materials, and proprietary resources cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once access has been granted.

For Coaching, Psychoeducational, Healing & Wellness Sessions, and Code of Sovereignty® Sessions, appointments may be rescheduled up to two (2) times with advance notice.

After two (2) reschedule requests, the session will be considered forfeited and no additional rescheduling or refunds will be available.

This policy exists because appointment availability is limited and reserved specifically for each Divine Soul.

Intellectual Property Notice

The 7 Pillars of Life®, The Code of Sovereignty®, SHI ChatMoni AI™, Spiritual Healing International Spa®, and all associated assessments, frameworks, methodologies, guides, content, materials, courses, programs, and intellectual property are proprietary to Spiritual Healing International Spa® by Monica Vasquez Gomez ("Moni Vasgom").

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, copying, modification, public sharing, teaching, licensing, commercial use, creation of derivative works, or redistribution of any Spiritual Healing International Spa® intellectual property, including but not limited to The 7 Pillars of Life®, The Code of Sovereignty®, SHI ChatMoni AI™, assessments, frameworks, methodologies, guides, content, materials, courses, and programs, is strictly prohibited and illegal.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access to services, removal from programs, and pursuit of all available legal actions and remedies.
